1.ARTINK.
("ARTINK.ORG") welcomes you.ARTINK.ORG provides its WEBSITE(s),(see25) to you subject to the following Terms of WEBSITE(s) ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at the page you are looking at now, In addition, when using particular ARTINK.ORG owned or operated WEBSITE(s) and those of ARTINK.ORG hosts, you and ARTINK.ORG shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such WEBSITE(s), which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our Spam Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. ARTINK.ORG (and It's hosts may also offer other WEBSITE(s) that are governed by different Terms of WEBSITE(s)."(s)" means a plural option.

You understand and agree that the WEBSITE(s) is provided "AS-IS" and that ARTINK.ORG assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the WEBSITE(s), and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet WEBSITE(s) provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. 3.A BIT ABOUT REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the WEBSITE(s), you represent that you are of legal age( see 2) and are not a person barred from receiving or viewing content on the WEBSITE(s) under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. If you provide any information that is could be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ARTINK.ORG has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ARTINK.ORG has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the WEBSITE(s) services (or any portion thereof) at the Web Master's discretion. ARTINK.ORG is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 (or see 2) who wish to allow their children access to the WEBSITE(s) must create an appropriate ARTINK.ORG filter in the web browser of their choice ( How to do this is the responsibility of the owner of the equipment from which the data available for viewing at either ARTINK.ORG or any links contained within the WEBSITE(s). 5.ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE MEMBER ACCOUNT PASSWORD AND SECURITY
If you receive a password and account designation upon completing the WEBSITE(s)'s any current or future instigated registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ARTINK.ORG of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.ARTINK.ORG cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.

6.POSTER AND SPONSOR CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not ARTINK.ORG, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via any WEBSITE(s) or host that provides a means to send data to the location that ARTINK.ORG retrieves your or other electronic or physically tangible data from and does not control the Content posted via any such WEBSITE(s) or service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using any such WEBSITE(s), you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will ARTINK.ORG be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the any WEBSITE(s) or service.
You agree to not use any HOST(s) WEBSITE(s) or other independent service to:
a.upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is demonstrated to ARTINK.ORG as unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b.harm minors in any way;
c.impersonate any person or entity that we have been specifically asked not to by virtue of the Web Master having received a verifiable request from said person or entity or their verifiable representative, including, but not limited to, an ARTINK.ORG official, current or future forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
d.forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers (with out somewhere including information that will be made available to be ultimately seen on ARTINK.ORG site as the correct information that correlates and verifies the true and full information pertaining to the content submitted for public viewing at ARTINK.ORG without any provable malicious intent disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through to the postings received by ARTINK.ORG through the use of the HOST(s)WEBSITE(s) servers you used to send your data;
e.upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
f.upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party, and that you have been made aware of by the original owner of the proceeding categories, but not in cases where the proceeding categories are used to facilitate free promotion for the owner off the preceding rights either by the owner specifically or by another party wishing to promote good will for the owner of said rights, by virtue of the fact that they are viewed on the WEBSITE(s);
g.upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (the current Sponsors and or any other current and or future WEBSITE(s) page(s) ) that are designated for such purpose (please read our complete Spam Policy);
h.upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
i.disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, i.e., but not limited to causing a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the WEBSITE(s) are able to type in any current or to be included inter user boards or communicative options, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in any current or future real time exchanges;
j.interfere with or disrupt the WEBSITE(s) or HOST(s) servers or networks connected to the WEBSITE(s), or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the WEBSITE(s);
k.intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
l.provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government or Any Other as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act of the USA or Any Other governments reciprocal Act(s);
m."stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
n.collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through m, above.
You acknowledge that ARTINK.ORG may or may not pre-screen Content, but that ARTINK.ORG and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Content that is available via the WEBSITE(s). Without limiting the foregoing, ARTINK.ORG and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. *With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible area of the WEBSITE(s) ARTINK.ORG, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the WEBSITE(s) solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the WEBSITE(s) and will terminate at the time you request ARTINK.ORG to removes such Content from the WEBSITE(s) or it's HOST(s).
*With respect to Content other than photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the WEBSITE(S)ARTINK.ORG,or it's HOST(s) the perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub licensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.

You agree to indemnify and hold ARTINK.ORG and its HOST(s),and any current or future, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the WEBSITE(s) or its HOST(s), your use of the WEBSITE(s) or its HOST(s), your connection to the WEBSITE(s) or its HOST(s), your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

11.NO RESALE OF WEBSITE(s)

Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made at ARTINK.ORG's sole discretion and that ARTINK.ORG shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account(s) current or future, and any associated email address, or access to the WEBSITE(s).

17.ARTINK.ORG 'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

ARTINK.ORG AND ITS HOST(S),SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE WEBSITE(s) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE WEBSITE(s) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE(s) WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, WEBSITE(s)S, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE(s) WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
